We had just closed on a new home, and we’re in the mist of moving in. We had yellow jackets swarming outside the bedroom wall. A large nest was apparently inside the wall cavity of the home. We had over a 100 yellow jackets flying inside our bedroom. There was a second nest inside the wall cavity of the opposite side of the home as well. Fabian came out within hours of our call to him. He was professional, highly knowledgeable and thorough. He took care of the interior of an attic, two bedrooms, and the exterior of the home. Fabian had to return a week later for additional yellow jackets still swarming. We cannot say enough good things about the man. He had told us that he would keep returning, until the wasp problem was completely gone. He kept his word, and in very timely fashion. Thank you Fabian ~ Colette K
Highly Recommend Fabian! I’ve been using Fabian for a 2-month exterminator service and I can honestly say he’s amazing. When we first bought our home, we had a mice problem and Fabian was incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to really explain everything to me and sealed up any holes that were worth covering using copper mesh. No shortcuts. What I appreciate most is his honesty. If something isn’t worth treating he’ll tell you straight up and give you practical tips and recommendations instead. He’s not just out to take your money. He truly cares about helping you get the problem under control. On top of that he’s extremely professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. We had a yellow jacket issue, with them building a nest we could not access. After reading google reviews, we decided to call StrongArm. Very happy we made that decision! We called at 7 pm on Wednesday (after they had closed) and left a voicemail. Within 5 minutes, they had texted us asking for our address, and told us they’d be here between 10-12 the following morning. They showed up promptly at 10:20, assessed the situation, made sure the yellow jackets had not penetrated the sheetrock, and then took care of the problem. Their prices are very fair and their work is good. If you’re having a pest issue, I highly recommend you give these good folks a call. ~ Chris L
