We had just closed on a new home, and we’re in the mist of moving in. We had yellow jackets swarming outside the bedroom wall. A large nest was apparently inside the wall cavity of the home. We had over a 100 yellow jackets flying inside our bedroom. There was a second nest inside the wall cavity of the opposite side of the home as well. Fabian came out within hours of our call to him. He was professional, highly knowledgeable and thorough. He took care of the interior of an attic, two bedrooms, and the exterior of the home. Fabian had to return a week later for additional yellow jackets still swarming. We cannot say enough good things about the man. He had told us that he would keep returning, until the wasp problem was completely gone. He kept his word, and in very timely fashion. Thank you Fabian ~ Colette K

We had a yellow jacket issue, with them building a nest we could not access. After reading google reviews, we decided to call StrongArm. Very happy we made that decision! We called at 7 pm on Wednesday (after they had closed) and left a voicemail. Within 5 minutes, they had texted us asking for our address, and told us they’d be here between 10-12 the following morning. They showed up promptly at 10:20, assessed the situation, made sure the yellow jackets had not penetrated the sheetrock, and then took care of the problem. Their prices are very fair and their work is good. If you’re having a pest issue, I highly recommend you give these good folks a call. ~ Chris L

I’ve been having roaches issues since we moved into the house 4 years ago, I had hired some of the “big companies” with no success, charging me half my mortgage just for me to continue with the problem. For the last month and a half we started to have mice issues and I started to search of a pest control which could really take care of the problem, thank God I found Fabian and he’s StrongArm, since I first reached out to him he was very kind and explanatory, he was very honest while explaining how to take care of infestations, I felt very hopeful by putting our problem in his hands. I'm not a violent person. But when I saw the name StrongArm Pest Control, I knew I needed to bring the big guns out for the armies of wasps, Yellow jackets, and Carpenter ants that inundated our house and property this summer. The company is environmentally responsible and consumer sensitive in their treatment of pests and people; they effectively and efficiently took care of our problems. Fabian and Victor are reliable and competent in getting the job done. I highly recommend their service. I contacted Strong Arm because I saw large black ants in the house and sunroom (favorite room) and also, large spiders outside my front door. Fabian, was professional and friendly, he addressed my creepy crawler concerns. He sprayed outside around all doors, sunroom, basement and each room of the house. In addition, he treated the kitchen with gel bait and paper glue bait. I’m writing this review the day after his treatment, I haven’t seen any ants in the house or spiders outside my front door. My wife chose StrongArm after doing extensive research on pest control services in our area. She is a skeptical person and not easily impressed. That said, she - and I - are both thoroughly impressed with Fabian's services. He was responsive and took the time to educate us on several issues we asked about. He did not attempt to push unnecessary services and left decisions entirely up to us. We did call him about a bug problem which he easily and immediately addresed. When I asked him about a strange insect we've seen swarming inside once a year during the past 2 years, he correctly identified them as termites. We were not totally surprised since our neighbors had them in the past, but we were not alarmed because Fabian explained the fix and made time to take care of it later that same day. While our pests may be different from another customer's pests, the point is we highly recommend StrongArm for any pest control needs. Fabian is the best. After noticing bees were flying into a corner of our home and making their way into the ceiling I realized I was definitely in over my head. Strong arm came out and handled it better than I could’ve hoped for. They had to cut a hole into my ceiling in order to gain access to the hive so I definitely gave them some significant work but with that being said I would recommend them to anybody having bee/pest problems. Fabian was amazing!!! He came out in less then 24 hours and had to come back again with no questions asked and came out fast and got the job done. Today I had a problem with bees inside and i immediately called him and he was at my house in less then a half hour and found the problem immediately and was able to fix the issue and spray again on two more nests that he found. I’ve been using StrongArm Pest Control since I moved into my house in 2023. At the time, I had a terrible issue with stink bugs and was at my wit’s end. Fabian suggested monthly pesticide treatments and since then, I’ve had 99% fewer problems with insects. He also took care of a recent issue that I had with mice (!!). Fabion showed up on time as he said he would. Very personable and seemed very knowledgeable about his job. He walked around my house from top to bottom and thoroughly inspected my home detecting where the problem may be coming from. He also suggested numerous solutions to help my situation. StrongArm Pest Control's service is excellent. Fabian is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The treatment he applied for carpenter ants was very effective, I have not seen a single ant since. He also treated my property for ticks, and that has been very effective as well. StrongArm Pest Control was great! During some home renovations we discovered we had a major wasp problem. Fabian was responsive and got the job done right the first time for a fair price. Fabian was an angel for our family. Our mom was moving in on a Saturday and the mover thought he saw a bed bug. We called Fabian and he was 💯 there for us.
